Oven cleaning tips

1. First remove kids and pets( and other breathing entities) from the roomMake sure you have good ventilation and/or wear a mask
2. Lay newspaper or plastic under the front of the stove
3. Remove the oven racks Spray the sides, bottom, and top of the inside oven as needed with Easy-off Oven and Grill cleaner, it's the strongest one BUT....
4. DON'T LET IT DRIP DOWN BETWEEN THE CRACK WHERE THE STOVE DOOR JOINS THE STOVE you will instantly have a burned in streak on the bottom drawer front. There are fume-free oven cleaners available, but they are not as effective.
5. Place the racks on the open oven door and spray them too. -Again, make sure nothing dribbles down.
6. Leave it to soak in for at least 30 minutes or longer. don't let it dry up as it will be harder to remove
7. Take paper towel and wipe off the racks, set aside and wipe out the stove. Discard the paper towel.
8. If there is anything left baked on, just repeat the procedure
9. Stubborn burned on stuff can be scraped with a metal flipper or a paring knife, or scrubbed with sos pads, that stove bottom is indestructible!
10. When you get it all off, there may be some residue, just put some vinegar and water in a squirt bottle and spray it on and wipe dry.1/2 cup vinegar to spray bottle of water
